Pro-Automatic A/S arcuires Dansk Tavle Teknik A/S
In connection with an upcoming generational transition at Dansk Tavle Teknik A/S, based in Helsingør, owner Michael Hansen approached Pro-Automatic A/S to explore the possibility of an acquisition.
It quickly became clear that a sale to Pro-Automatic was the right solution.
Shared values – the foundation for a smooth and successful transfer of ownership
Dansk Tavle Teknik will continue as an independent company, with Michael Hansen remaining as CEO together with his team of dedicated employees. Pro-Automatic has appointed Development Director Sonni Tønder as co-CEO of Dansk Tavle Teknik. The two directors will manage the company in close collaboration.
With the acquisition of Dansk Tavle Teknik, Pro-Automatic strengthens its market position while also adding additional capacity to its operations.

In recent months, Dansk Tavle Teknik and Pro-Automatic have worked closely to prepare the transfer. This has required thorough planning and preparation. Both companies have been committed to ensuring that the process respects and involves all parties, with a clear focus on building a strong future collaboration.
