In connection with an upcoming generational transition at Dansk Tavle Teknik A/S, based in Helsingør, owner Michael Hansen approached Pro-Automatic A/S to explore the possibility of an acquisition.

It quickly became clear that a sale to Pro-Automatic was the right solution.

The process leading to the agreement has progressed smoothly.

Dansk Tavle Teknik will continue as an independent company, with Michael Hansen remaining as CEO together with his team of dedicated employees. Pro-Automatic has appointed Development Director Sonni Tønder as co-CEO of Dansk Tavle Teknik. The two directors will manage the company in close collaboration.
